Richard C. Antonelli, Esq.
Richard C. Antonelli is a former Internal Revenue Service Tax Court Trial Attorney, Appeals Officer and Revenue Agent. After 15 years of IRS experience, he started his private law practice in 1986.
His practice consists primarily of representing clients in civil and criminal tax matters before the Internal Revenue Service, the New Jersey Division of Taxation and the New York State Department of Taxation. Mr. Antonelli has successfully represented clients in various matters including tax audits, tax appeals, criminal tax investigations, installment payment agreements, offers in compromise and liens and levies. He also has extensive experience in the related areas of wills, estate planning and probate matters.
Most cases are resolved without the need for litigation. However, when the IRS assumes an unreasonable position, Richard C. Antonelli has successfully litigated cases in the US Tax Court and District Court.
Daniel R. Antonelli, Esq.
Daniel R. Antonelli was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2007 and shortly thereafter joined in the practice of law with his father, Richard C. Antonelli. Daniel’s focus is in the areas of estate planning, probate, and real estate.
Daniel Antonelli is a registered court-appointed fiduciary in New York State Surrogate’s Court. Daniel serves as Guardian ad Litem in the five boroughs of New York City, and Westchester and Rockland counties.
Mr. Antonelli is also an active member of the New York County Lawyers Association. Through NYCLA, he has helped launch the pro bono program ‘Project Restore’. This venture provides representation to indigent applicants of professional licenses in an effort to facilitate the transition from public assistance to self-independence.
